DANCE AND FEET (located next to the studio) This boutique carries all required dance shoes and dance wear. However, you may purchase your dance supplies anywhere.
A completed registration form with September tuition and the $25 registration fee are required prior to participation in any class. Tuition is due by the first of each month, regardless of attendance. Tuition and fees are non-refundable. If the payment is not received by the 10th, you will be charged a $20.00 late fee. All payments must be made at the studio during business hours or mailed, with a postmark by the 10th of the month to avoid a late charge. We do not accept payments at the studio after business hours. Also, if a student is absent when tuition is due, please mail your payments in order to avoid the late fee. A $20.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks. We offer a discount of $10.00 per month for each additional child in the same family.
We encourage good attendance for the entire session. Students may make up any excused absence at the same level from September to January. There is no refund for missed lessons. If a student is unable to dance due to an injury, we recommend class observation. Once classes begin a two week written notice must be given before the beginning of the month if a student drops out of a class or the parent will be billed for the entire month. Parent visitation will be held in November and April. There are no early dismissals from class unless prearranged. Handing a note to the teacher at the start of class does not count as prearranged.
There will be a recital at the end of the session for all students. Everyone is encouraged to participate, regardless of ability. A costume deposit of $60 per costume is due in October. Beginner students or students in one class will be required to purchase one costume with the full amount due in October. All other students will purchase two or more depending on the class level with the balance due in January. A Recital Fee will be charged to each family. There are no refunds on costumes or recital fees.
